Licenses

Last updated: March 2025

This page summarizes the licensing terms that apply to the INITE AI platform, deliverables, and third-party components. Your use of our paid services is also governed by your contract and our Terms of Service.

INITE AI proprietary materials

All INITE AI proprietary software, documentation, designs, methodologies (including the INITE Protocol), and other materials are owned by INITE AI or its licensors. Your right to use them is granted only under your subscription or service agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted in that agreement. No transfer of ownership or additional license is implied beyond the written contract.

Open source components

Our platform and deliverables may include software components that are distributed under open source licenses (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD). Such components remain under their respective licenses. We comply with those licenses and, where required, provide attribution and license text. A non-exhaustive list of key components and their licenses is provided in the "Component list" section. You may obtain the full corresponding source code and license texts from the linked repositories or upon request where we are obligated to provide them.

Component list (representative)

The following is a representative list of open source or third-party components that may be used in our platform or tooling. This list may change with updates; for an up-to-date list, contact us or refer to our dependency manifests. • Next.js (React framework) – MIT License • React – MIT License • Node.js (runtime) – MIT License • Prisma – Apache 2.0 • Tailwind CSS – MIT License • Vercel AI SDK – MIT License • Other libraries as listed in our package manifests – various (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, etc.) We do not use copyleft (e.g. GPL) code in our proprietary core in a way that would require our proprietary code to be licensed under the same terms. If you need a specific attribution or license text, please contact us.

Third-party services

Our Services may integrate with or depend on third-party services (e.g. hosting, email, analytics, AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, performance, or compliance. We select providers with care and, for subprocessors that process personal data, we ensure appropriate data processing terms as described in our Privacy Policy.

Notices and requests

If you need a copy of any license text, source code (where we are obligated to provide it), or a more detailed list of components, please contact us. We will respond within a reasonable time. For compliance or audit purposes, we can provide a machine-readable or signed list of dependencies upon request, subject to our then-current process.
