Braintrust MCP server

Which servers in the official MCP registry are Braintrust's own, whether they answer, and what they offer. A program checked each of these, nobody copied them from a product page.

Whose server it is
  • Registry nameio.github.braintrustdata/braintrustpublished by braintrustdata on GitHub

Published under the GitHub organisation braintrustdata, the same one braintrust.dev links from its homepage. The registry ties that namespace to a GitHub sign-in.

When we asked it
  • Stateper-install address

The registry lists this address as a template, with parts each company fills in for its own install. There is no shared address to ask, so we did not check it.

How to connect

Add the server to your MCP client config. Claude Desktop, Cursor and most other clients read this shape:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "braintrust": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://api{region}.braintrust.dev/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Replace the parts in curly braces with the values of your own Braintrust install.

Each line is something a program found when it went looking: the registry entry, the server's own answer, a spec that parses. A missing line means we did not find it, not that it does not exist.
