Answer and ask for a sign-in815

These answer, then ask for an account with the vendor (OAuth) before they show their tools. That is the usual setup for tools that touch your data.

How we check: the official registry is copied every hour, and a server counts as the vendor's only when its namespace, GitHub organisation or endpoint ties it to the vendor's domain. Then a program sends initialize and tools/list over streamable HTTP. Servers that did not answer are not listed here.
