Corpo API MCP server

Which MCP servers are Corpo API's own, from the official registry and from asking its own domain, whether they answer, and what they offer. A program checked each of these, nobody copied them from a product page.

The registry name sits under corpoapi.com. The registry only lets a publisher use that namespace after proving control of the domain through DNS or HTTP.

Said by rules from the measurements above. The likely first call is a model's pick from the tool list; read its description before relying on it.

A program checks the server once a day: initialize and tools/list, no model. Tokens are the definitions' length at about four characters a token. The grade averages six checks of every tool's name, description, schema and annotations; it says how well the tools are described, not whether they work. The score weighs what was measured and nothing else: answering (25%), doing the product's job (25%), definitions (20%), context (10%), use (10%) and how readily a client connects (10%). A part that was not measured is left out, and a hidden instruction caps the score at 40. The state of vendors' MCP servers: method and numbers →

  • get_usage

    Usage and charges for the calling account

  • search_companies

    Search one or more registries by name or identifier. For number-like input scoped to at most five registries, an exact primary registry-number match returns only matching registry-number records. Otherwise the ranked name and…

  • get_company

    Look up one company by jurisdiction and registration number. `company_number` is the register's own number (the company's `company_number`) or any identifier the register publishes (for example a VAT number). The jurisdiction is the…

  • list_coverage

    List every served registry, its pinned revision and how much data it holds.

  • list_officers

    Officers of one company. Only registries that publish a structured officer table return data; most do not (several publish only PSC/control records, which are not directors), so the normal answer is `409 officers_not_available`.

  • list_shareholders

    Shareholders and beneficial owners for one company. Returns direct holders/controllers typed as person or company, with the register's ownership band (never an invented exact percentage). A corporate holder is a traversable `company` only…

  • list_documents

    Document catalogue for one company, newest first. Lists filings and financial-statement documents that the published dataset holds. No document bodies are downloaded and no signed URLs are minted. `datapoint_status` is…

  • list_financials

    Document-first financial statements for one company. A statement is always returned with its `document_ref`; facts are attached to the statement that contains them. Missing amounts are `null`, never zero. `datapoint_status` is…

  • get_ownership

    Breadth-first traversal of confirmed corporate shareholder edges. Only a corporate holder with a confirmed local company key is traversed. Unconfirmed leads and bare names are leaves. Every percentage is returned as the register's band…

  • list_company_links

    Links from one company to another registration. Each link names its `type`, the counterpart's jurisdiction and number, the `method` that produced it, the keys that matched and a `confidence`. The counterpart is resolved to a `company`…

  • verify_company

    Resolve a company and compare the supplied claims with registry data. `result` compares the resolved record with the claims you supplied, not with the register at request time. `verified` means every check that could be evaluated matched…

  • verify_companies_batch

    Up to 100 items are answered synchronously with a completed job (200). Between 101 and 10,000 items return 202 with `Location: /v1/verify/batch/{job_id}`; poll that path while `status` is `queued` or `running`. More than 10,000 items…

  • check_vat

    Validate a VAT number against the European Commission VIES service, with the country prefix (e.g. `FR40303265045`).

How to connect

Add the server to your MCP client config. Claude Desktop, Cursor and most other clients read this shape:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "corpoapi": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://mcp.corpoapi.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Add it

Claude Code, in a terminal

claude mcp add --transport http corpoapi https://mcp.corpoapi.com/mcp

Add to CursorAdd to VS Code

claude.ai, ChatGPT and other clients: add https://mcp.corpoapi.com/mcp as a custom connector in the settings.

Each line is something a program found when it went looking: the registry entry, the server's own answer, a spec that parses. A missing line means we did not find it, not that it does not exist.
