A website that books the job, takes the deposit and keeps the client posted

Most small-business sites describe the service and send every request to an inbox. On a Portal the client picks a time, pays the deposit and sees where the job stands, and every message lands in one history that your team and an AI assistant both read.

What a client can do on it

Client actions4
  • 01Pick what's actually availableServices, prices and open time slots come from your own schedule. Nobody books a time your crew can't make.
  • 02Book, reschedule or cancelYour calendar is checked before a booking is confirmed, reminders go out on their own, and a change updates your schedule instead of your inbox.
  • 03See where the job standsBooked, scheduled, done, invoiced: the client sees the current step in their account, and what they can still change.
  • 04Get help with the history attachedA problem reaches your team together with the job, the earlier messages and what was already tried.

Three requests, handled on the site

What a home-services business gets every week, and what the client does on a Portal instead of calling.

An estimate at 9 pm3

A homeowner needs a water heater replaced and finds you after hours.

  1. 01Picks the service and an open slot for the estimate
  2. 02Gets a confirmation, then a reminder the day before
  3. 03Sees the visit in their account and can move it
A deposit before the job3

The homeowner accepts the estimate.

  1. 01Pays the deposit by card from the link in the message
  2. 02Sees the job as scheduled, with its date
  3. 03Gets the invoice for the balance when the job is done
A call-back a week later3

Something leaks again.

  1. 01Writes to the assistant on the site
  2. 02The assistant finds the job and opens a case
  3. 03Your team gets the case with the job and every earlier message

What you get

Fixed scope7
  • 01Up to eight service pagesA page for each service, written so a person and a search engine both understand what you do and where.
  • 02Online booking with remindersAppointments against your real availability. The client gets a confirmation and a reminder before the visit.
  • 03PaymentsA deposit at booking or an invoice after the job, paid online by card.
  • 04A client account with statusEach client signs in and sees their bookings, orders and jobs, where each one stands, and what they can change.
  • 05The INITE assistantOn every page. It answers from your own data, takes a booking, and hands the client to a person when it should.
  • 06Markup that AI agents can readStructured data, llms.txt and an MCP endpoint, so an AI assistant can find your services and send a booking request for its user.
  • 07A check before and afterWe run the INITE site check before we start and again after launch, so one report shows what changed.

From the call to launch

The weeks3
  1. 01Scope and contentWeek 1We agree the client actions, connect your calendar and collect texts and photos, and we run the site check to record the starting point.
  2. 02BuildWeeks 2-3Service pages, booking and reminders, payments, the client account and the assistant.
  3. 03Test and launchWeek 4We run every action end to end, put the new site live on your domain, and run the site check again so you can compare.

How we build it

Agentic engineering: AI agents write the code and run the checks, and an engineer designs the system and is accountable for the result. We start from the engines that run our own products: booking and payments already work there, so the weeks go to your business.

Who does what3
  1. 01ScopeEngineerWhich actions your clients need and how your team works today. One call, then a written scope.
  2. 02BuildAI agentsPages, functions and connections to the tools you already use, on our engines.
  3. 03TestEngineer and agentsBefore launch we run every action from the client's request to the outcome.

Our own products run on the same engines

Each of these is live, and each does for its clients one of the things a Portal does for yours.

Questions

How is a Portal different from a site made in a website builder?
A builder gives you pages and a contact form, and the work still happens in email, texts and spreadsheets. A Portal takes the booking and the payment itself, and keeps them in one history per client.
What does the price cover?
Everything listed above, for one business: up to eight service pages, booking with reminders, payments, the client account, the assistant, the markup and the check before and after. More pages or more systems to connect are quoted before any work starts.
Can I keep my domain and the tools I use?
Yes. The Portal goes live on your domain, and we connect the calendar or payment provider you already use wherever they allow it.
What happens after launch?
The site keeps running on our engines. Monitoring it and changing it month to month is INITE Care, at $500/mo.
