A contractor website that books the estimate and collects the deposit
For construction, HVAC, plumbing, roofing and landscaping companies. The homeowner requests a quote, books the visit, pays the deposit, follows the job and pays the invoice on your site, and your office stops chasing all of it by phone.
- Fee
- $4,900
- Length
- 4wk
Free 30-minute call.
What a homeowner can do on it
- 01Request a quote with the detailsThe homeowner picks the service and describes the job and enters the address, so the estimate visit starts with the facts instead of a callback.
- 02Book the estimate visitOpen slots come from your crew's calendar. A confirmation and a reminder go out on their own, and a reschedule lands in your schedule, not your voicemail.
- 03Pay the deposit and follow the jobThe deposit is paid by card when the estimate is accepted. Scheduled, in progress, done: the homeowner sees where the job stands in their account.
- 04Pay the invoice, then leave a reviewThe invoice for the balance is paid online, and a follow-up asks for a review once the job is closed.
Three calls your office doesn't have to answer live
Requests a home-services company gets every week, handled by the homeowner on the site.
The AC stops on a hot weekend and the homeowner finds you at 9 pm.
- 01Picks the service and the first open slot
- 02Gets a confirmation, then a reminder that morning
- 03Sees the visit in their account and can move it
The homeowner accepts the roofing estimate.
- 01Pays the deposit by card from the link in the message
- 02Sees the job scheduled, with its start date
- 03Gets the invoice for the balance when the job is done
The new water heater is making a noise.
- 01Messages the assistant on the site
- 02The assistant finds the job and opens a service ticket
- 03Your office gets the ticket with the job history and the full conversation
What you get
- 01Up to eight service pagesA page for each service you sell, such as AC repair, water heater installation or roof replacement, with your service area, written so homeowners and search engines both understand it.
- 02Quote requests and booking with remindersEstimate visits and service calls booked into your crew's actual openings, with a confirmation and a reminder before each one.
- 03Deposits and invoicesA deposit when the estimate is accepted and an invoice for the balance, both paid online by card.
- 04A client account with job statusEach homeowner signs in and sees their visits, jobs and invoices, where each one stands, and what they can change.
- 05The INITE assistantOn every page. It answers from your own service list and prices, books the visit, and hands the homeowner to your office when a person is needed.
- 06Markup that AI agents can readStructured data, llms.txt and an MCP endpoint, so an AI assistant can find your services and send a booking request for its user.
- 07A check before and afterWe run the INITE site check before we start and again after launch, so one report shows what changed.
From the call to launch
- 01Scope and contentWeek 1We agree on the services and the job flow, connect your calendar and collect texts and photos, and we run the site check to record the starting point.
- 02BuildWeeks 2-3Service pages, quote requests and booking, deposits and invoices, the client account and the assistant.
- 03Test and launchWeek 4We run every action end to end, put the new site live on your domain, and run the site check again so you can compare.
How we build it
Agentic engineering: AI agents write the code and run the checks, and an engineer designs the system and is accountable for the result. We start from the engines that run our own products: booking and payments already work there, so the four weeks go to your trade and your service area.
- 01ScopeEngineerWhich jobs you sell, how quotes and deposits work today, and which tools your office uses. One call, then a written scope.
- 02BuildAI agentsPages, booking, payments and the client account, connected to the tools you already use, on our engines.
- 03TestEngineer and agentsBefore launch we run every action, from the quote request to the paid invoice.
The engines behind it already run our own products
Each of these is live and books or takes payments for its own clients the way your site will.
- 01INITE Healthinite.healthAppointment scheduling and payments for clinics.
- 02INITE Sportinite.trainingClass and court scheduling and payments for sports clubs.
- 03INITE Rentinite.rentCar bookings for rental companies.
- 04INITE Shopinite.shopOrders, card payments and order status for an online store.
Questions contractors ask
- I already have a website. Do I start over?
- No. Your domain stays, and the texts and photos that work come along. What changes is what the site does: it takes the quote request, the visit and the deposit instead of showing a phone number.
- I run my jobs in Jobber or Housecall Pro. Does this replace it?
- No. Your field-service software keeps running your crews. The Portal is the site your clients use, and we connect the two wherever your tool allows it. If it does not, we tell you on the first call.
- My site is on Wix or Squarespace. Can you build on that?
- We move it onto our engines, because a site builder can't run booking, payments and client accounts as one system tied to your field-service software. You keep your domain.
- How long does it take?
- Four weeks from the agreed scope to launch: content and access in week one, the build in weeks two and three, testing and launch in week four.
- Who owns the site and the client data?
- Your domain, your content and your clients' records are yours, and the agreement says how you take them with you. The engines the site runs on stay ours.
- What happens after launch?
- The site keeps running on our engines. Monitoring it, fixing what breaks and changing it month to month is INITE Care, at $500/mo.
