Calls answered, and written up before anyone sits down

The phone is the channel most automation projects skip, and it is where the urgent requests arrive. We deploy voice agents that pick up, work out what is being asked and do it — plus the calls that go the other way, and the voice notes piling up in your messengers.

Sounds familiar?

  • Calls outside working hours reach a voicemail nobody plays back
  • What was agreed on the phone exists only in one person's memory
  • The same qualification questions asked out loud, ten times a day
  • Voice notes in WhatsApp pile up until somebody has an hour to listen

What we deploy

  • A voice agent that answers the inbound call, works out what is being asked, and does it — checks availability, books the slot, routes what it should not decide
  • Outbound calls that confirm, remind and chase on a schedule, rather than when somebody remembers
  • Every call written into the CRM you already run as structured fields, not parked as an audio file for later
  • Voice notes from WhatsApp, Telegram and LINE read and answered in the same queue as the typed messages
  • A named handover point: what the agent may settle on the call, and what waits for a person

What we have measured, and what we have not

Our published numbers come from text and form intake: booking to dispatch from 4 hours to 3 minutes in equipment rental, lead response from 6 hours to 8 minutes at a brokerage. The voice channel is newer than those figures and we are not going to borrow them for it. What the diagnostics measures on your own line is the count that decides this: how many calls arrive outside working hours, and how many of them are never returned.

Industries where this process is the bottleneck

The same process breaks differently depending on what is moving through it. These pages describe it in the language of the operation.

Frequently asked questions

Will callers know it is not a person?
Assume yes, and design for it. The agent says what it is, handles the request, and hands over the moment the call moves outside what it was given. A voice agent pretending to be a person is a complaint waiting to happen, and it is the one thing we will not build.
What happens when it cannot answer?
It transfers, with the conversation so far attached, so the person picking up is not starting from "how can I help". Anything binding — a price, a commitment, a cancellation with a fee — is on the human side by configuration, not by how confident the model sounds. That is the Safe AI framework applied to a channel where the customer cannot see the confirmation screen.
Does it work in our languages?
We build and support in English, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish, and a mixed queue is the normal case rather than the exception — in Phuket the same line carries English, Thai and Russian. Which languages your line actually needs is one of the things the diagnostics counts.
Do you replace our phone system?
No. The agent sits in front of the numbers you already publish, the same way the text intake sits in front of the inbox you already run. Swapping telephony is a separate project and usually an unnecessary one.
